1 General Terms

The NK99 platform is an online entertainment service operated to serve users in Indonesia. All available services — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, poker, fish shooting games, and mini games — are provided under the terms and conditions set out in this document.

• Account passwords are the sole responsibility of the member. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to be NK99 staff.

NK99 reserves the right to reject registrations or suspend accounts suspected of using false information, violating the terms, or posing a security risk to the platform.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

NK99 supports a wide range of local Indonesia payment methods including DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS, and bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). All transactions are processed through a secure automated system.

Deposit terms:

• Each bonus has turnover requirements (rollover) that must be met. Example: a bonus of Rp 100,000 with a 10x turnover means you must place a total minimum bet of Rp 1,000,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per promotion per account, except for weekly or daily promotions that are explicitly repeatable.

5 Game Rules

• Invalid identity data or refusal to complete the KYC verification process.
• A request from a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Strong indication of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves.

Members whose accounts have been suspended due to suspected violations may appeal through the NK99 support team by submitting relevant evidence. NK99 will review each case fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

For accounts closed at the member's own request without any violation, the active balance will be returned after identity verification is completed and there are no bonus claims still under turnover.
